    Total Card is able to provide our clients with state-of-the-art collection solutions that enable a consistent, cost-effective way to maximize contacts with delinquent customers. We are able to customize call solutions to meet our individual clients’ needs and requests by having numerous different technologies at our disposal. Our representative’s experience and knowledge enable Total Card to maximize results by approaching each contact in a professional, customer service orientated manner.

  • Predictive Dialer

    TCI has invested heavily in its predictive dialer technology. Using a state-of-the-art Aspect Conversations predictive dialer trunked at 4 to 1, TCI is positioned to effectively handle large outbound calling campaigns. With the capability to dial up to 10 phone numbers per account record in any sequence we choose, our system provides an expanded range of potential contact opportunities. Our call blending capabilities allow the seamless handling of inbound and outbound campaigns concurrently, adding to our agents’ effectiveness and productivity.

    Agents interface with the dialer using customized applications within the Magellan Application Interpreter, creating a CRM experience offering automatic screen pops, conditional logic flows, ODBC data source access, and automated processing of many tasks within our host environments.

    In addition to the live agent environment, our system also offers unattended messaging campaigns; an effective means of contact for customers that do not require a live touch.

    Total Card has a Risk Management team that is second to none. We take a structured approach to managing portfolios that reduces risks and maximizes profits. This includes processes to assess risk, development of strategies to manage risk, and analytics to monitor performance of the deployed strategies. We can recommend best business practices for your portfolio, or can create empirical strategies based on your unique customer base. Last but not least, the Risk team is well versed in creating predictive scorecards across all aspects of the business, from marketing response models to returned payment models.

  • Call Quality Monitoring

    The Quality department audits the various processes within TCI’s individual department to ensure adherence to the policies and procedures set forth by our clients, Visa, MasterCard, FDCPA, State and Federal regulations or other laws. In addition, Quality also audits additional processes, including, but not limited to credit bureau reporting, billing statements, average daily balance calculations, processing systems, exception reporting, and third party vendors.

  • Correspondence Processing

    Our Correspondence department processes all written correspondence received from our client’s cardholders. All documentation is date stamped upon receipt to maintain tracking capabilities and is sorted based on mail type and/or other client defined controls. Presidential and other perceptive defined correspondence with compliance issues receive the highest priority and receive a custom response. All other correspondence is processed in the order received within client defined timeframes.

  • Chargebacks / Billing Disputes

    TCI’s Chargebacks / Billing Disputes unit is comprised of highly knowledgeable and up to date trained staff that works to ensure that all resolutions comply with Visa, MasterCard, State and Federal regulations and all other client defined policies. TCI utilizes FDR’s and Certegy’s comprehensive processing system to provide audit trails and reporting on all chargeback activity. TCI understands the importance of chargeback’s in managing our client’s risk of financial exposure.

    Security / Fraud Investigations is comprised of two highly motivated groups with access to the most up to date fraud detection tools to minimize our client’s exposure to risk by processing numerous suspicious activity reports that are designed to fit each clients specific needs. In the event of fraudulent activity, we work directly with the cardholders, merchant’s processors, law enforcement, Visa, and MasterCard for a quick resolution that is compliant with all Association and Regulatory guidelines. TCI has detailed reporting options available for all clients to identify fraudulent activity for portfolio enhancements to assist in detecting fraudulent activity in the application process to minimize risk of financial exposure.

    We can process practically all types of payments, including money orders, checks, credit and debit cards, as well as ACH transactions. The payment options available to your customers are accessible through the internet or telephone to ensure a customer can make a secure payment at anytime.

    Total Card also provides verification solutions that allow our clients’ to verify ACH information prior to processing the payments, this allows you to make better business decisions on payments and reduce exposure to return checks.
