Total Card Inc. (TCI) was founded in May of 2000 in Sioux Falls, SD by 4 individuals with over 70 years of combined credit card servicing, marketing, call center, and operations experience. TCI operates two state of the art call centers with the finest professionals in the industry. Our sites in Sioux Falls, SD and Luverne, MN with combined capacity of over 100,000 sq/ft.
