(TCI), and it’s subsidiary Total Card Solutions, was founded in May of 2000 in Sioux Falls, SD by 4 individuals with nearly 50 years of credit card servicing, marketing, and operations experience. Initially formed to service a portfolio of 15,000 credit cards, TCI now operates two state of the art call centers with 400 of the finest credit card professionals in Sioux Falls, and Luverne, MN with combined capacity of over 100,000 sq/ft. Through it’s issuing agreement and relationship with Plains Commerce Bank, TCI has issued nearly a million VISA credit cards and is positioned to grow exponentially in the coming years.
